Returns/Refunds
- You can return the items to us within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email at info@lesupport.co to initiate a return. The items must be intact and packaged safely and with insurance.
- Once we receive the items in their original form, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Buyer assumes return shipping costs and bank/Paypal fees. For items not marked 'free shipping', buyer will not be refunded the original shipping costs. The refund will be issued using your original payment method.
Damaged products
- If a support gets to you damaged, please email us at info@lesupport.co and we will send a new one free of charge or try to fix the issue if we can.
- If you need to send the support back to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs so please keep the receipts!
- A damaged product does not warrant a refund.
Cancellation of order prior to dispatch
- If you choose to cancel your order before we send it out, you will get a refund minus the bank or Paypal fees.
Deniying delivery of your order
- If you choose not to pick up your order and it is shipped back to us, you will be refunded minus the bank or Paypal fees as well as the costs of the return shipping and possible import fees from the French customs.
