Great product and lousy customer service. I tried multiple times to contact the company to ensure the package got shipped before I had to depart. Sadly, no response was ever made to any of my requests to authorize the delivery company (Fedex) to deliver in an alternate address. The package will remain there for over two months before I can get to it.

I am having a difficult time getting the suction cups to stay on my guitar. I'm not comfortable putting a plastic film on the back of the guitar and so it may mean that although I like the Voyager I may not be able to keep using it.

Finally got around to applying the Le Support Voyager to my Taylor nylon string guitar and I really like this product. It took a while to get the placement of the support on my guitar to suit for me but once positioned the guitar was comfortable to play. No more fiddling with a sliding cushion or foot rest, no more back pain from hunching over, just a perfect playing position.

Presque aussi stable que le support standard et nettement moins lourd. Laisse le dos vibrer librement. Pour le support standard la guitare est tout de suite en place lorsqu'on la pose puis on la remet. Pour Le Voyager il me faut retrouver la position. C'est le seul bémol.
